Hike Caumasee & Swiss Grand Canyon (T2)

We will start from Flims Waldhaus, pass near Caumasee and Conn, enjoy the famous Il Spir viewpoint, then hike down into the gorge towards the river and finish at Versam-Safien train station.

Route: Flims Waldhaus – Conn – Il Spir – Rhine Gorge – Versam-Safien
Distance: 8km
Time: around 3h walking + breaks for lunch & photos
Ascent/Descent: +100m / -500m
Difficulty: Easy to Moderate

🍲 Food
We can stop at II Spir Conno GR terrace. Alternatively you can bring your own food.

🚆 Transport
Meeting point: Zurich HB under the blue angel (08:20)
From Zürich: train to Chur + bus to Flims Waldhaus, Caumasee (08:38 -> 10:36)
The hike ends at Versam-Safien train station, from where we take the train back via Chur. Probably 16:44, but TBD.

🎒 Bring
Hiking shoes, appropriate clothes, water/snacks, sun protection, etc.

The hike will be cancelled in case of bad weather or any other unexpected event.
