Mountaineering on Quandary Peak is a strenuous, high-elevation 6.6 mile hike for prepared and fit hikers only! Quandary Peak is the highest summit of the Tenmile Range in the Rocky Mountains of North America and is the most commonly climbed fourteener in Colorado.
***MEET at TBD at 4:00 am. Carpool departs promptly at 4:15 am for 2.5 hr drive to Trailhead. This route is 6.6 miles and climbs to 14,271 about 3,326 ft elevation gain!

IMPORTANT - Wait-listed persons will replace those who drop out. - Training hikes are highly suggested. - Required! You're expected to train on your own. - Required! All approved FIRST TIME fourteener hikers must attend a prehike meeting 7 - 10 days before the hike day
SHUTTLE PURCHASE PROCESS
Pick up Address: South Gondola Parking Garage (80 North Park Avenue) in Breckenridge
Pickup time: Top of the hour so, 7 am group boarding time for us!
Shuttles will operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. Passengers simply need to book the appropriate date and can board at any time on that date.
Round trip shuttle fares are $7 per person and $0 for Summit County residents. Shuttle tickets can be purchased up to two weeks in advance, starting June 1.
All passengers will be required to show payment confirmation (email, QR code, etc.) to be able to board the shuttle at the Parking Garage and the Quandary Peak Trailhead.
Users will be directed to download an App or print their email confirmation as proof of payment.
