Ok for beginners
Meet at Pine Bush Discovery Center 195 New Karner Rd, Albany at 6pm, Hike starts at 615pm weather permitting. 3 mile loop hike on blue and yellow trails behind the Discovery Center. Hike should finish about 8pm.

You should be doing regular aerobic exercise to participate. Dress for the weather and wear hiking boots.Also bring headlamp/flashlight, snowshoes?traction devices,water,snacks, No dogs please.Rain/snow postpones the hike. You are responsible for yourself and are hiking at your own risk. Please have emergency contact information on a card in your pocket or outer pocket of your pack. My cell 518 5773566 if needed.
I would ask that experienced hikers/organizers in attendance to be prepared to assist/sweep if needed.Thank You
