HikingOC Repeating trip for Winter lower elevation Mountains trails of SoCal. We will visit and hike the areas of East and Southeast of San Diego: Mt Woodson-Potato Chip Rock, Eagle Rock and Cuyamaca State Park/Lake: Stonewall Peak, Cuyamaca Peak, etc.

Tentative Schedule: Dec 30 to Jan 1 (3D/2N)
or Dec 31 to Jan 1 (2D/1N)

ESTIMATE COST, DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION OF SERVICES:

Plan your own and only join us to hike, $35/day/person or $80/3D or $65/2D non-refundable coordinating fee. Contact the host directly for more info

ADVANCE: $TBU, the advance deposit amount is non-refundable due by Nov 14, 2025. Payment after the due day will subject to be 10% or more depending on booking and spaces are available.

CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel after paying deposit, it's non-refundable.

Estimate cost: from $TBU+ per person for double occupancy. Contact for cost of single (more) and triple occupancy. It'll include: land transportation, lodging, coordinating fee, not included optional activities and most meals.

Allow $50+ (your budget) for meals, optional activities and other expenses/gifts

ABOUT THE TRIP:
We will be hiking at Parks/National Monuments/Forests and unique landmarks. These are hikes and locations:

  1. Cuyamaca State Park and Laguna Mountains area
  2. Potato Chip Rock/Mt Woodson and Annie's Canyon

Hiking Itinerary: to be updated depending on weather and roads conditions!

Day 1: Dec 30: Cuyamaca and Laguna Mountains area
Day 2: Dec 31: Potato Chip Rock/Mt Woodson and sunset Annie's Canyon

Day 3: Jan 1-Eagle Rock

***What to bring: wear hiking clothes (loose shorts/pants), hiking boots or shoes, swim clothes, hiking sticks, sandals, hat, sunscreen, water, snacks, food, etc.

GOOD TO KNOW: Here are things you need to bring with:

  1. Sunscreen (hot during the day, high in the 70s-90s)
  2. Layer clothes (cold at night, low in the 30-40s) and personal items needed.
  3. Hiking shoes, sandals, etc.
