ESTIMATE COST, DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION OF SERVICES:

***Plan your own and only join us to hike, $160/person full trip or $45/day/person (non-refundable coordinating fee). Contact the host directly for more info.

***Estimate Trip Cost: lodging, transportation, coordinating fee, but excluding meals: varies depending on lodging arrangement. It will be from TBU double occupancy, $250+ more if single occupancy

ADVANCE DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION:

1. Advance Deposit due by Nov 15, 2025. Add 10% to deposit amount if send after the due date and if available spaces). It is non-refundable deposit $250
2. The following policies apply when making a cancellation:

***After putting down deposit, it is non-refundable
***3 weeks prior to the trip: 100% of the total estimate trip amount is subject to forfeiture
