
What we’re about
Sangha is the word used for community in Pali, the original language of the mindfulness teachings. We are an open and welcoming group who meet to meditate together, to learn about and from one another, and become better humans as we grow in kindness, wisdom and compassion. The group began in November, 2020. The hour includes a guided meditation, a short talk on a mindfulness topic and space for optional sharing. Anyone is welcome and it makes no difference whether you are new to meditation or a long-time practitioner. We are all on the path together.
