Please Bring: Yoga mat, meditation cushion, water bottle and light jacket (if needed)

Meditation Coach:
Nena Nimit, M.D. is a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist who recently moved to Hawaii. She helped to cofound and run a non-profit organization, the Meditation Center of Alabama along with the University of South Alabama Mindfulness & Meditation Club. Nena is a certified Meditation & Mindfulness Trainer by World Peace Initiative. She believes that sustainable world peace can be achieved when each individual person is able to achieve their own personal peace and balance. Nena wishes to share inner peace and happiness throughout the community.
