Aerial Yoga Teacher Training – 24 CEUs
This 24-hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training is offered in a focused 2-day immersion, designed for yoga teachers and dedicated students ready to deepen their aerial practice and teaching skills.
Training includes:
• 15 contact hours in a 2-day immersion
• Saturday & Sunday, 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 9 non-contact hours (observations, participation & internship)
Learn aerial yoga foundations, hammock setup and safety, pose breakdowns, sequencing, spotting, contraindications, and class structure in a supportive, hands-on environment.
