In challenging times, our thoughts can quickly spiral into anxiety, frustration, or even hopelessness. Buddha’s teachings offer us a powerful alternative: by training in meditation, we learn to recognize unhelpful mental habits and replace them with realistic, peaceful minds. Through exploring practical methods from Kadampa Buddhism we will learn to develop a more stable, balanced, and positive state of mind — no matter what is happening around us.
