Bundeena Art Trail

As Christmas and the New Year are just around the corner, many commercial galleries will close their doors, allowing curators and artists time to rest, recharge, refresh, and create extraordinary new works for us to appreciate in the year ahead.

Let's gather for our final AAA Art Lovers adventure before the festive season sweeps us away. Let's escape to another beautiful seaside artists' village—Bundeena—where art meets the ocean, and life slows to a gentle pace.

With around 30 artists opening their studios, it would be impossible to see them all in one day. Instead, we'll choose around five or six studios to dive for a deep experience.

The joy of an art trail is not simply admiring beautiful artworks, but meeting the artists themselves—hearing the stories behind the colours, the textures, and the inspiration. It is a wonderful opportunity to step inside the creative world of the people who make art happen.

As Confucius (孔夫子) said:
I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand.

So let's look. Let's hear. Let's taste. Let's smell. Let's touch.

Event Itinerary

11:30 am – Meet at Bundeena Wharf
Our journey begins at the picturesque Bundeena Wharf, where the sea breeze welcomes us to this charming artists' village.

11:45 am – Coffee & Connection
We'll collect our Art Trail maps and enjoy coffee together while deciding which studios we'd most like to visit.

1:30 pm – Lunch by the Sea
We'll gather for lunch at the Bundeena RSL Club.
Sea views, delicious food, wonderful company, and perhaps a glass of wine—what better way to spend a Sunday afternoon?

2:30 pm – Continue the Art Trail
Enjoying Bundeena's relaxed coastal atmosphere at an unhurried pace.

4:30 pm – Farewell
When the sunset kisses the horizon, it's time to say goodbye, even we do not want say Goodbye.
