# Empathy Circle
This is a special opportunity to practice empathy in circle with experienced trainers from The Empathy Center who are in town for a training event over the weekend!
Open to anyone curious about practicing empathy in community.
In our 90-minute empathy circle we may:
- Slow down our sharing
- Listen to understand
- Co-regulate in a field of resonance, understanding, and mutual empathy
This is an opportunity to practice presence, strengthen connection, and experience the impact of co-creating a structure that supports mutual empathy in community.
