AI is about to make far more of your organisation's decisions, and what you record about each one decides whether you can widen that safely.
This session is about two columns on a form somebody already fills in: why the decision went that way, and what it rested on.
We will look at the analytics, and why the last wave of this stalled one join short for reasons that were never technical, what one row should stand for, what success looks like and the seven ways this fails — only one of which is technical.

Speaker Bio:
Tony Blanch is a Solution Architect working with AI and inference systems, and has worked in data solutions, architecture and strategy since 1999 — including data migration at Vodafone, the Commonwealth Bank and Hunter Water, data warehousing and business intelligence at the University of Newcastle and Greater Bank, backed by 45 years of writing code. He writes the Right-Sized AI Playbook series and is sceptical of vendor claims that cannot be measured.
