Exclusive Class: Most Common Spanish Swearwords - Part 1
Details
This class is the first in a series of 10 classes which give you an insight into a rich and colourful world of Spanish swearwords.
This course is a multilevel Spanish course: All levels are welcome and can enjoy it!
Here's a little background of how it came to be:
In November 2024, my students noticed that swearing is actually quite common in Spain and they asked me if I could prepare a Spanish swearword class. I accepted, but I had no idea what it would actually entail.
The more I was working on it, the bigger it was getting. What started as a single stand-alone lesson quickly became two lessons, and then three and four... After two months of working on it, I've had enough material for 15 lessons, but I've decided to cap it at 10 because... honestly, 10 is already a lot.
Even though my students enjoyed it, the perfectionist in me still wasn't too happy with the structure so after the initial launch I haven't taught it again.
Now, a year later, I burned it to ground, created it all over again and I'm ready to relaunch it.
Over this course you can expect to learn:
- Most common insults
- All about genitals
- All about feces and defecating
- Children-proof swearwords like fudge in English
- And most importantly, how to make them part of your own Spanish and sound natural, but not rude.

In the meantime, feel free to join Nuggets de español!
But wait, what are Nuggets de español?
Good question! It is a WhatsApp group in which I drop little nuggets about the Spanish language -- anything from tricky verbs and pronunciation tips to fun expressions and even a bit of etymology. It's completely free and will forever be free.
Most of the time I focus on Spanish from Spain, and sometimes I zoom in on how it’s spoken here in Valencia.
I used to share the link here but I got a lot of bots joining, so if you'd like to join, send me a message via WhatsApp and I'll add you manually.
