📅 HOW WE ROLL — THREE WAYS TO JOIN

🏢 In-Person Sprint Session (Last Saturday of the month: 7-10pm)
Gather in the flesh for our signature format below.
⏱️ THE SPRINT FORMAT (3 hours)
⚡ Project Intros — 15 min Everyone gets 90 seconds (hard stop) to share what they're building and what they're focused on today.
🚀 Build Sprints — Three focused cycles of 25 min deep uninterrupted building, followed by 10 min of casual chat, progress sharing and questions.
🎤 Demos & Wrap-up Everyone gets 20 mins to demo what they built and share a learning or next step.

💻 Online Sprint Session (1st Saturday of the month — Google Meet) Join from wherever you are. Same focused format, same energy — just with a "you're on mute" reminder at the start.
NEW!
🚂 Bendigo Day Trip (2nd Saturday of the month) Board the V/Line at Southern Cross at 10:06am and roll into Bendigo at ~11:57am. We co-work on the train, grab lunch in Bendigo, then catch the 13:26 return back to Southern Cross (arriving ~15:24). A full day of building, banter, and beautiful Victorian countryside.
Please come with Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor, or whatever AI tool you use — installed and ready to go. Hit me up if you want a hand getting set up beforehand.
