A full body split strength training workout.
Body weight exercises. Bring a weight vest if you want an extra challenge.
The location is Sophus Bugges plass, Fagerborg Oslo. We meet at the basketball court at 09:00 and start training 09:05.
We start with a warmup before moving into the exercise circuit.
Total duration 50 minutes.
Bring water and a good spirit!
