About us

This meditation course will introduce you to a simple, but effective century old practice. It starts with calming your mind and takes you through a journey to lasting inner peace! This 60-minute guided meditation course starts with subtle meditative music and guidance on how to meditate on transcendent light. The core of the meditation is a 30-minute session that begins with transcendent light permeating the body and is practiced with complete silence. The session wraps up with another round of meditative music to transition out of meditation followed by Q&A.
This meditation practice is based on Satsang, a unique guided meditation practice, perfected by my grandfather Guru Maharaj Dr. Chaturbhuj Sahay. Satsang has its strong footing in ancient yoga and meditation practices. It has been refined and simplified to allow people to integrate meditation into their busy lifestyles seamlessly. Satsang is easy to do and understand. It is a truly non-intrusive practice that can be molded to suit your lifestyle and faith. This unique meditation practice can begin at only one hour daily and it is up to the individual to decide what they are comfortable with.
Please join us in Satsang to benefit from this simple, effective, and modern path to an enlightened, stress-free, healthy and peaceful life.
No prerequisites.

Guru Maharaj Dr. Chaturbhuj Sahay perfected a guided meditation system on transcendent light. He refined and simplified ancient yoga and meditation practices, so it is easy to do and understand. It is a truly non-intrusive practice that can be molded to suit any lifestyle or faith. This unique meditation practice can begin at less than an hour daily to get some transformative results.

He established Ramashram Satsang Mathura as a nonprofit in 1930, that has freely helped millions of people and promoted a healthy and peaceful lifestyle through Satsang since then. He started a monthly Journal in Hindi in 1931 and wrote many books that includes a seven volume book describing his spiritual journey.

His heart was always flowing with unconditional love for everyone. He served anyone and everyone who came to him and he always paid attention to anyone who sought his help.
He was habitually found in a meditative mood. Tranquility was writ large on his face.
He lived the life of a family man. He set an excellent example of how to combine spiritual idealism with domestic life. Serving his wife and children to the last breath, and mindfully attending to all domestic duties.

You’re closest to yourself - yet parts of you often remain unseen. When these undiscovered spaces surface in daily life, they often feel like:

  • Daily pressure and "quiet burnout"
  • Waves of emotional overwhelm
  • Moments of deep inner confusion
  • Or, Just the simple need for one honest conversation—without judgement

Does this sound familiar?
I am inviting you to the first session of a new, free online masterclass series: Real Conversations: Stories of Stillness in Modern Life.

A True Account:
Christie joined our community during a season of profound difficulty. Grief, anxiety, and PTSD had left her feeling physically and emotionally unsteady. What she discovered was that she didn’t need more “inspiration"—she needed a grounded structure and a practice she could actually follow in the middle of a busy, painful life.

What’s In this Masterclass?
In this 60-minute Masterclass, we will explore:

  • A Guided Experience: A short session of heart-centered stillness so you can feel the shift, not just hear about it.
  • Beyond the "Quick Fix": Why temporary relief fades and how to build lasting resilience.
  • The Beginner’s Toolkit: A simple daily rhythm designed for modern life.
  • A Path Forward: An introduction to options for those ready for continued guidance.

This session is completely free and held online. Join us from the comfort of your home. If something in you is ready for a sincere beginning, I would be honored to walk this part of the journey with you.

With Light, Love and Peace,
Sanjiv Kumar.
