Welcome to the Institute Of Light! A group of people who are interested in meditation, healing, learning and coming together to build a community of strong, peaceful warriors. We meet regularly to do everything from from Reiki classes & meditation to gallery readings from gifted mediums & Akashic Records readings. We have a Shamanic Practitioner, Reiki Masters, a Akashic Records Reader, Tarot Reader, Angelic Practitioners and more! Come on in and have some fun!

We will then split up into groups to take turns giving (if attuned) and receiving Reiki.

Yoga Nidra w/ Sound Bath

Join us for a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra experience with certified Yoga Teacher Karina Ramsey, where our intention will be focused on cultivating healthy sleep hygiene. Through a guided meditation paired with gentle sound healing, provided by Lisa Damm, You’ll be invited to fully relax and reset while resting comfortably on yoga mats and pillows.

Please bring an additional blanket for extra comfort.
This practice is perfect for anyone seeking better rest, relaxation, and balance. No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary—just come as you are and prepare to unwind.

Qigong is gentle and relaxed movements with the body and breath connected while using our intention and focused mind.
Qigong - even though an ancient practice it is very well suited for our modern way of life!
Qigong promotes circulation and “flow” in the body, reduces stress and anxiety, relieves tension, and can help keep illness away and also help heal old injuries.
Qigong builds strength, soften and relaxing the soft tissue, improving range of motion and joint health.
Qigong calms the mind and energizes the spirit and it increases body and mind awareness, which can be a great tool to help process emotional things and improve internal clarity.
Qigong promotes the healing processes throughout the body and will help improve body functions, like better sleep, digestion, regulation of the nervous system, better blood pressureand better memory.
Qigong is a great daily practice suited for everyone, young or old, weak or strong with movements easily adjusted or modified to your ability and needs and a great way to stay happy and healthy!
Even five minutes a day of Qigong practice will improve your health in a noticeable way.
