My main goal for Reiki level 1 class is to give you a comprehensive map of a session that truly helps you move unwanted energy that blocks people's lives. Even if you can't feel the energy you will be able to provide a healing session that really makes a difference for your clients. Some of the things that you will be learning are:
- History of Usui Lineage Reiki
- One Reiki Symbol
- Hands on Reiki Technique
- How to open and close your client's biofield
- How to unwind and clear the Chakras
- How to use Power Crystals
- 2 Guided Meditations
- Grounding Technique
- Extra tools to help yourself or to add on to your session
