Using slow, intentional movement, mindful muscle engagement, and controlled resistance, students build deep strength, improve posture, and increase mobility with a smarter, more connected approach to training.
Students practice in socks to create controlled friction (“drag”), which adds resistance and enhances muscular activation throughout the class. HotCore sequences focus on deep core strength, utilizing an exaggerated pelvic tuck and intentional spinal rounding to activate stabilizers and enhance functional alignment.
