Each class is designed to help you balance your energy and find your inner calm. We’ll start with 30 minutes of gentle yoga to stretch, move, and align your body, followed by 15 minutes of soothing guided meditation to help you relax and reset.

Whether you're new or experienced, this session is the perfect way to unwind, recharge, and connect with yourself.
