At this event you'll be tasting 100+ oils and vinegars from around the world. All without once being trapped in an airport.

You taste. You compare. You discover that vinegar has been living the kind of bold, international life usually reserved for retired spies and people with excellent scarves.

This is not a dinner, not a lecture.

This is a full-on tasting room experience where you get to sample an absurd number of oils & vinegars:

🍊 Blood orange olive oil.
🍯 Fig balsamic.
🌶️ Smoked chili.
❤️ Pomegranate olive oil.
🍂 Cinnamon & cloves vinegar.
👵 Something that tastes like a deranged Mediterranean grandmother hijacked your salad.

Then... we start mixing them.

You’ll combine different oils and vinegars to create your own pairings. Some will be brilliant. Some will be strange. Some will make you pause, stare into the tiny tasting cup, and quietly ask what kind of person you have become.

It’s a geography lesson for your mouth. A condiment safari.
