Celebrate the return of spring with Freya’s Teas and join Sonja for an evening of herbal connection, learning, and ceremony.
In this seasonal workshop, we will explore the energetic qualities of herbs and how they can support balance and renewal as the earth awakens in spring.
Participants will enjoy a special spring tea blend while learning about the plants that make up the blend and their supportive qualities.
The evening will also include an experiential tea ceremony, inviting participants to slow down, connect with the plants, and welcome the fresh energy of the new season.
Sonja’s approach to herbalism is rooted in both tradition and study. Through Freya’s Teas, she shares her passion for helping others reconnect with nature as a source of nourishment, balance, and gentle healing.
Join us for an evening of tea, learning, and seasonal renewal.
$33 per person includes herbal instruction, supplies to make your own tea blend to take home with you, and tea ceremony.
