Also joining us is Kevin Sanderlin, a seasoned real estate investor and lending professional with over 20 years in the industry. Kevin purchased his first property in Long Beach in 2003 and has since acquired more than 20 properties. With over a decade in residential lending, he is known for creative and competitive financing strategies that help real estate investors grow and scale their portfolios.
