How to join ISO session:
In order for us to find you more suitable sessions, every new player please kindly fill in this SIMPLE tryout form, then we will arrange more tryout sessions. We will contact you ASAP once you submitted this form.

We run sessions every day - West, East & Central London. We normally use eBadders.com/iso for players to rsvp (sign up) a session with suitable range of level. So during your first or tryout session, please talk to hosts who can access your level and add you to suitable WhatsApp group. After session, Host will ask Organiser to give you access to our system then you can sign up session yourself.

Session Fee (ISO Bank Account details see Membership section):
* £12 if pay as you go. Please pay before sign up a session. If cancel > 24 hours, payment will be kept as Credit, No Refund.
* Cheaper session fee for Member who prepaid Credit of £60 & above, as extra FREE credit will be given (covered by Gift Aid, no membership charge, see how it works in Membership section below).
* Fees may vary for other sessions.

Direction:
* Entrance is school gate opposite 45 St Charles Square where you can drive in/walk in, then turn left and walk towards football pitch, badminton building is next to it.
* Free parking inside school; Off street parking is free after 6.30pm weekdays, after 1.30pm Saturday & whole day Sunday.
* Please do not to go in the hall early if other booking is still on.
* Portobello Market, Westfield etc. nearby, good area/place for social.

*We link your email to our internal rsvp system with a login link sent to the email.
*Reset password & login, rsvp via ebadders.com/iso or links sent in WhatsApp group.
*Pay/top up via eBadders before sign up a session.
*Click read details via eBadders sessions for bulk prepayment discount.
*eBadders won't send reminders, mind your rsvp as charge on spot basis.
*Sessions you signed up are listed at your profile & at Transaction at My Games.
*Cancel 24 hours before to avoid charge, or find a replacement if cancel late.
*Waitlist need sign up if spot open, eBadders won't push you to coming list.
*If session says closed, pls logout & login again, or check if correct email used.
*If bring guest, pls ask organiser for a tryout session before given access.

Membership (Credit System) - some flexible choices see below:
* The more you prepay, the cheaper, as we will give free Credit from Gift Aid - 6% if £60+, 10% for £130+, 15% for £260+.
* For example, if you prepay £130, you will get £13 free credit, so total credit on your account will be £143.
* Effectively, for a 3 hours session at £13, ISO only charge £12.22 (6% off), £11.70 (10% off), £11.05 (15% off) which is much cheaper than other club charging £13-15 without free credit.
* All Credit expire in 2 years, can be extended for exceptional reasons such as lockdown, injuries & travelling abroad.
* Credit is applied to all ISO sessions. For first timer, please WhatsApp your email to Sophy 07912602688 after you paid Credit to ISO bank account. We will then create an account for you on ebadders.com & send you guidance (once you have login to ISO at ebadders.com, you can track Transaction under My Games). For regular top-up, please simply transfer to ISO bank, allow Sophy 1-2 days to update your account manually.
* Prepayment is transferable but not refundable should you no longer come to ISO sessions. If you moved far from ISO, refund may be considered, however £10 charge will be applied for more admin burden, and reasonably, the previous given free credit would be removed, so the amount for refund would be less than the balance shown.

(ONLY open spots on meetup a few days in advance if still have spots as we have regular players for every session).
