We’ll meet near the benches at the start of the Vita Course near 2701 Police Memorial Way. Parking is available along Police Memorial Way and Spotswood.
The distance covered will be 3 to 5 miles, taking about two hours.
No dogs due to Vita Course and Maymont Restrictions.
Bring water for hydration, bug spray, and sunscreen.
