Join JJ and Bryony for a soulful evening that blends meditation, group Reiki, vibrational sound healing, and therapeutic singing — all designed to restore balance, calm your nervous system, and open your heart.
🌿 JJ, a Reiki Master and sound healing practitioner, will gently guide you into stillness with a grounding meditationand soothing group Reiki energy. You'll then be immersed in a deeply relaxing sound bathfeaturing crystal singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, and other healing instruments to release tension and bring your body and mind back into harmony.
🎶 Bryony, a yoga teacher and intuitive song sharer, will lead a community singing circle — where you'll be invited to join in singing simple, heartfelt songs and harmonies. No singing experience is necessary. This is about expression, connection, and self-soothing, using your voice as a healing tool, much like chanting or mantra.

JJ Hu --Founder of JJ Holistic Healing Arts and creator of the JJ 音养静心® Healing Method, JJ is a Reiki Master Teacher, sound healing facilitator, and mindfulness coach. With over 20 years in trauma-aware education and energy work, she offers healing experiences that are deeply nourishing, emotionally safe, and spiritually uplifting.
She is the author of 52 Weeks of Morning Mantras, host of the podcast " JJ, with Mindfulness Talk – A Holistic Approach to Life", meditation teacher on Insight Timer and was recently featured in a national interview on OMNI’s Mandarin Focus, where she shared her passion for mindful living and holistic healing. Her gentle, grounded presence helps clients feel safe, supported, and deeply nourished.
Bryony Ollier is a passionate advocate for kindness, deeper breathing, and weaving music and yoga into everyday life. As a song sharer with Singing Mamas, Bryony understands the transformative power of communal singing. Bryony’s mission is rooted in guiding people back to their inner wisdom and a deep sense of connection with nature. Through her heart-centered approach to yoga and music, she inspires healing, self-awareness, and a renewed sense of interconnectedness in the world.
