## The Heart of the Path – Weekly Ngöndro Class with Lopön Lama Konchok Sonam
A foundational gateway into the Vajrayana path of awakening
Each Tuesday at 7:00 PM Eastern, join Venerable Lopön Lama Konchok Sonam, our shared and cherished spiritual director, for a step-by-step exploration and guided practice of Ngöndro, the profound preliminary practices of Vajrayana Buddhism.
Ngöndro, known as the “foundation for all Dharma practice,” is a powerful method for purifying obscurations, accumulating merit, and preparing the mind for deeper realization. Rooted in the authentic Drikung Kagyu lineage, it includes practices such as refuge, bodhicitta, Vajrasattva purification, mandala offering, and guru yoga. Each session provides direct support, guidance, and space to practice together as a united sangha.
This class is open to anyone with a sincere heart and the aspiration to deepen their path—whether you are new to Ngöndro or wish to refresh your practice with the blessings of live instruction.
