Welcome to the Beginner Basic West Coast Swing Dance Meetup Group! This is a very friendly group for anyone who would love to learn the basic beginner West Coast Swing - this is a great place to start! No pressure; just a safe place to learn the basics. We’ll also talk about places to go for workshops, advanced lessons and social dance events. This is meant for a beginner-beginner looking to learn the basic west coast swing dance with no pressure; no partner needed.
Lessons are held twice a month, depending on venue availability, early afternoons (1:00pm - 2:00pm) at Kent Commons Community Center (525 4th Ave. N, Kent, WA).
A sliding scale $5-$10 donation to help offset venue fee is much appreciated.
