Many Sydney Kitchen Catchup members often tell me when we get together over a shared meal or event, they always find that it's so great to have a space where they can chat with like-minded kitchen enthusiasts about food, cooking and/or baking for a few hours. And regardless of whether you're just starting out or are a professional chef, there is always something interesting to learn from the breadth of experience across this amazing group of people.
Our next dinner adventure takes us to enjoy a delicious Chinese hot pot experience in Sydney's CBD at Spice World.
If you've not yet had hot pot but are curious about it, it's a great time to try it out in a safe and supportive space!
And Spice World has no shortage of entertaining distraction such as roaming mint serving robots, chilli butter figurines for your hotpot, meat barbies, and even a post-dinner refresher spray.
We are looking to arranging tables of 4 or 5 people so you can easily share ingredients and as it is also easier to split the costs.
Let us know if you have any allergies or food preferences and we'll do our best to group you with people of similar preference - eg. spicy or non spicy soup base.
