Hi Ladies.... I wanted to share with you something I have been doing for the past couple weeks this year and received really good results . Which has led me to share this modaliry with more people.
mindfulness meditation using sound has been a great experience . and im honored to serve and share this healing modality with others while doing something I enjoy.
**This will be outdoors at a park while the weather is nice
^^ Bring a blanket or yoga mat , water (and snacks to share optional )
**And any form of Sound thats relaxing / healing to you (sound bowls, guitar , music triangle , Drums, your phone with healing ❤️🩹 music, or even your voice to sing healing 🎵 song)
Join us as we relax, relate and release. Sound/ music MMeditation is a great way to reduce stress and bring calm into your life.
