Details

This course offers a structured introduction to meditation through a comparative and experiential approach. Drawing primarily from classical Buddhist practices such as calming (Samatha) and insight (Vipassanā), alongside yogic methods including Kundalini and Tantra, participants will explore how different meditation techniques work on attention, awareness, and embodied experience.

Rather than focusing on belief systems or religious doctrine, the course emphasizes practical skills, direct experience, and daily integration. Participants will learn how to cultivate mental stability, clarity, and mindful presence through short daily practices and guided group sessions.

The program includes:

  • Weekly 75-minute (Saturday or Sunday, depending on the region) sessions combining theory, guided meditation, and reflection
  • Encouraged daily personal practice of approximately 15 minutes (trackable via Web/Mobile App)
  • Two optional day-long workshops offering deeper experiential immersion at the end of the program

This course is suitable for those with prior meditation experience who wish to deepen their understanding across traditions in a grounded and responsible way. The emphasis is on self-regulation, awareness, and well-being, not therapy or spiritual instruction.
