Fridays at 13h Lisbon, 7am CST, 8am EST
Format:
- Introductions and short discussion around a quote or meditationsupport
-Brief stretching and/or acupressure self-massage
-30 minute meditation
-Check-in about meditation and closing.
This class is open to all levels, and is especially designed for those of you who have been meditating on your own with apps and want to share your practice with others.
Even online, we can create a deeper, richer experience when we share our practice with others. Sangha (community) is a vital part of a strong and rewarding meditation practice, so I hope you will join me and meditate with this online sangha!
About me: I have been meditating since the late 1980s, and meditation has helped me with all aspects of my life. I am now sharing this practice with others. I use a mixture of different types of meditation and breathwork, including Theraveda buddhism, Vipassana, yogic meditation and breathwork, and HeartMath.
