Welcome to Living Yoga Community – Surrey & London 🧘♀️🌿✨
This group is all about moving our bodies, calming our minds, and meeting like-minded souls without any pressure to be a perfect pretzel.
🧘♀️I’m Tanya – a yoga practitioner for around 7 years. I’m a big fan of inversions (yes, upside-down is my happy place – but don’t worry, I won’t be dragging you into a headstand on day one 😄). When I’m not on the mat, I work as a data analyst – so this group is my way of bringing more connection, movement, and community into everyday life.
🌿We'll be hosting both outdoor and indoor sessions (depending on weather and mood!), plus some mindfulness workshops to help us all reset and recharge.
✨Whether you’ve just bought your first yoga mat or you’ve been chanting “Om” for years – come along. No pressure, no posing (well, except yoga ones), just movement, good company, and a healthier way of living.

Hey hey and welcome!
I’m Tanya – a yoga practitioner for about 7 years now. Lately, I’ve been loving practicing outdoors, and I’d love to invite you to join me for a relaxed and friendly yoga session in nature.
🌿 Saturday 2nd August | Woking Park, Woking
We’ll meet by the dock on the pond in Woking Park, and from there I’ll guide you to our peaceful practice spot nearby.
This is a free community class, open to everyone – especially total beginners!

What to expect:
We’ll start with a 1-hour yoga session on the grass. I’ll guide you through gentle breathwork and a mindful warm-up, followed by a sequence of beginner-friendly yoga postures. I’ll explain and demonstrate everything clearly, so no prior experience is needed at all.
There will also be an option to join a short flowing sequence, for those who want to try something a bit more dynamic – but it’s totally optional. You’re welcome to take it easy and move in a way that feels good for your body.

After class:
If you fancy you’re welcome to join me for a relaxed walk back into town and an optional coffee/brunch stop at Marciano Lounge :)
