Let’s start the day by slowing down, breathing deeply, and reconnecting with ourselves in the heart of Chapultepec.
This outdoor Vinyasa yoga session is an invitation to move mindfully, connect with your breath, and set an intention rooted in self-love, self-care, and presence. February is often called the month of love, and instead of looking outward, we’ll turn that energy inward, honoring where we are as we move into only the second month of the year.
Expect a gentle yet energizing flow, accessible to all levels, focused on awareness, connection, and moving with kindness toward yourself.

What to bring:

  • Your own yoga mat
  • Comfortable clothes
  • Optional: a small snack to share after class (fruit, something homemade, or anything simple)

After the session, we’ll stay a little longer to relax, chat, and enjoy a shared snack together, because community and connection are also forms of self-care 🤍

Meeting details:
We’ll meet at 7:50 AM at the Monumento a los Niños Héroes and walk together to a nearby green area for the practice. Please arrive on time so we can start calmly and together.
Whether you’re new to yoga, returning to your practice, or simply looking for a meaningful way to start your morning, you’re very welcome here.
