About us
Welcome to Samadhi! We aim to introduce people to meditation and mindfulness, and to help them integrate these practices into their daily life. Everyone is welcome to join our sessions!
We engage in various meditations from the Buddhist and other contemplative traditions. Drawing on the practical experience of meditation, psychology, and Buddhist wisdom, we look at insights, teachings and new ways of thinking which help us unwind, relax, let go of things like stress and anxiety, and cultivate positive minds such as patience, compassion, and equanimity.
With a regular meditation practice, you will gain greater and greater peace of mind and discover a more positive approach to life, as well as improved levels of emotional and mental health. Meditation has numerous benefits for the health of both your body and mind, is easy to do, and something everyone can learn.

A Dharma Dummies Guide to Dream Yoga
·OnlineOnline4 attendees from 5 groupsThis event is part of a two-module course that Lucid Dreaming teacher Charlie Morley is offering, spread over two Saturdays.

Day 1. Lucid Dreaming for Psychological Growth & Healing
Saturday 24th January 2026, 11am-7pm (UK timezone)
A lucid dream is a dream in which we are actually aware that we are dreaming as the dream is happening.
Once we are lucid we gain access to the deepest depths of the unconscious mind which allows us to engage in psychological healing at a level often unattainable in the waking state.
In this one day lucid dreaming workshop Charlie Morley shows us how to utilize the third of our life that we spend sleeping to dream lucidly, sleep consciously and to train our minds to be “more awake, more aware, and more kind.”
This online workshop offers a uniquely holistic approach to lucid dreaming with the core aims of psychological growth and healing of trauma.
Charlie has been teaching lucid dreaming for over 15 years and has developed a step by step protocol that has taught thousands of people to dream lucidity.
What will we learn?
- How to have lucid dreams
- The powerful benefits of lucid dreaming.
- Dream Planning (Charlie’s 3 step process)
- Using sleep for healing.
- Practical exercises proven to induce lucid dreams.
Open to complete beginners (as well as seasoned lucid dreamers) the workshop will include everything you need to learn how to lucid dream and to wake up to your fullest potential.
