Relax in a comfortable zero-gravity chair nestled in a warm cozy blanket. Your journey begins with an explanation of the benefits of Dry Salt Therapy (Halotherapy) as you set your intention for your relaxing 1-Hour Meditation & Past Life Reading Workshop. Just sit back and breathe deeply in our dimly lit Himalayan Salt Cave while listening to the gentle trickling of our salt water cascade. When you are in a Salt Cave session with other people, the environment is a quiet zone with no talking or cell phone use.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing. Your clothes won’t get messed up from the salt, neither will your hair or make-up and guests often come for a Meditation & Individual Past Life Reading Workshop and then go out on the town straight afterwards. We recommend bringing a sweatshirt as the Cave is a cool 70 degrees. You need to remove your shoes to walk on our Salt Cave floor, so we recommend that you wear socks, but you can go barefoot if you prefer!
