Lunch, Laugh and Learn

As a mental health counselor, I have seen that people feel better mentally when they connect with others. Many people have felt more isolated over the years following COVID. This group aims to host social and educational events. Let’s make connections and learn some skills along the way. It is going to be held twice a month - once during the weekday and the other on the weekend so that people can come when they are available. I know that sometimes attending new events can be intimidating, so I am willing to meet people outside the venue or take questions prior to the event.
