My Birthday, Our Community — Give, Share & Connect with Homeless

Make Friends & Socialize is about creating meaningful connections.
Sometimes that means dressing up, going out, meeting new people, and enjoying beautiful experiences.
But community is also about showing up when someone needs it.
For my birthday this year, I'd like to celebrate differently.
On Sunday, October 4, we're coming together to prepare and share a meal with people experiencing homelessness.
We're also collecting clean clothing that people no longer wear.
But you don't have to bring anything.
Your presence is enough.
We'll share a meal, sit together, talk, listen, and get to know the people we're there to support.
This isn't about feeling like we're doing something for people.
It's about being with people.
Hearing their stories.
Sharing a meal.
Making a human connection.
Because sometimes the greatest thing we can give someone is simply our time.
If you'd like to celebrate my birthday with me, this is the gift I'm asking for.
Come with an open heart.
Bring what you can.
And most importantly, bring yourself.
