We'll have 2 distance/pace group options for this run. Beginners will do a loop of 3-4 miles at a slower pace, and Intermediate runners can choose the 5-6 mile loop at a faster pace.

Distance: 3-4 miles (Beginner), 5-6 miles (Intermediate)

Cumulative elevation gain: 400-800 ft (Beginner), 800-1200 ft (Intermediate)

Avg. Pace: 13+ min/mile (Beginner), 11+ min/mile (Intermediate)

Course: Varies, but will generally be a loop with 1 good climb.

Terrain: Hilly fire roads and singletrack.

Difficulty: Moderate

Services: Bathrooms at the parking lot (no running water). Bring water if you need it.

Drop/No-Drop: This is a no-drop run - we'll stop and regroup at intersections and hilltops.

Directions: From Hwy 101, take the Mill Valley Stinson Beach Hwy 1 exit. After the light, make a left onto Tennessee Valley Rd. Drive to the very end of Tennessee Valley Rd and park in the parking lot. Look for runners gathering near the picnic tables by the Tennessee Valley Trail gate.
