We invite you to join this group, which began since 2018 in experiencing the wonders of Yoga, Sound Therapy and Meditation in creating a sense of balance, wellness and awareness in our Mind, Body and Spirit.
Yoga is more than physical exercise, but an integrated system of movements, exercises and breathing techniques that create a union of all our body systems with the environment and nature. Yoga helps to create a holistic well being to our mind and body. While Sound Therapy is a practice designed to bring deep states of relaxation and meditation. It uses a variety of instruments, including Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and sometimes the human voice, to create a landscape of sound that washes over you. Meditation is widely researched and proven to help us in better managing our stress levels, increasing mental wellbeing by elevating the levels of happiness and fulfilment and heighten our level of self-awareness.

What can I expect during the Session?
You can expect a session where you will hear gentle sounds and melodies created by Himalayan Singing Bowls and / or other instruments. All you need to do is either to lie down or seat to enjoy the session.What do I have to bring?
Do dress comfortably so that you can either seat or lie down on the floor comfortably. Bring along your own cushion, blanket, shawl and / or eye masks for the session. We will provide Yoga Mats and bolsters during the session. Also bring along a bottle of water.What time should I arrive for the event?
Do arrive about 5 minutes before time. The door will be shut by 7pm sharp and latecomers will not be permitted to enter to prevent any disturbances to other participants. So please be early for this event.
