What we’re about

🌿 Looking to clear your mind, find some calm, and enjoy a peaceful day away from the chaos of life? You’re in the right place.

Welcome to our One-Day Meditation Retreat — held at a beautiful Thai temple surrounded by nature. It’s a hidden gem, just waiting to be discovered 💎✨

Our retreats and weekly sessions are led by experienced teaching monks who share timeless wisdom and practical meditation techniques in a kind, down-to-earth way.

🧘‍♀️ What’s it all about?

  • Guided meditation led by Thai monks — simple, clear, and calming.
  • This is not about religion or converting. Meditation is for everyone. We teach mindfulness — a life skill to help you stay calm, focused, and balanced.
  • You’ll get to spend the day with the monks, ask questions, learn about their way of life, and take home practical tips to keep your mind clear and peaceful.
  • We also have a relaxed group chat/Q&A after the session — so you’re never left confused or stuck.
  • Whether you’re totally new to meditation or have been doing it for years — everyone’s welcome here. No matter your age, background, or beliefs, this is a space for anyone who wants to find inner peace, slow down, and breathe a little deeper.

🥗 We’ve got you covered:

  • Light breakfast, unlimited coffee, tea and water also a home-cooked Thai buffet style lunch — all provided.
  • Our amazing Thai chef (aka my mum 💕) cooks for everyone with so much love. Please let us know about any food allergies.

🧘‍♂️ Whether you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or just want a break — this retreat is a perfect reset. Come spend a day with kind, open-minded people and go home feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected.

✨ We run this once a month, and sometimes we host a special weekend retreat (2 nights, all meals and accommodation included!) — so stay tuned for upcoming events!

🙏 All we ask is: come with an open mind, a respectful heart, and a willingness to grow.

This is a non-profit event — run purely with love. We believe in world peace through inner peace. 💛

📸 Photos are taken to share the joy and promote future retreats. If you’d rather not be in them, just let us know.

❤️ ❤️ Recharge your mind and body with a full-day meditation retreat at the Thai temple nestled in nature.
It’s a hidden gem, just waiting to be discovered 💎

**Please note that we are currently in the process of constructing a new meditation hall. There may be occasional noise during the day. However, all seated meditation sessions will be held in the smaller hall, where distractions are minimal.

This is also a beautiful opportunity to practise inner peace amidst everyday conditions.

✌️ Even with a bit of background noise, this is a chance to gently train our minds to stay centred. Life isn’t always quiet, so learning to meditate in real-world conditions helps us stay peaceful wherever we are — whether at home, at work, or in daily life.

If we can keep our minds still in the midst of noise, we can carry that calm with us into the busyness of the world. That’s the true power of mindfulness.

✨ Breathe in the fresh air, let go of daily stress, and reconnect with your inner self.

🧘‍♂️ This retreat is guided by experienced teaching monks using the Middle Way Meditation technique — a simple, universal practice suitable for all.
