You Are Not Alone.Join us in this safe and yet powerful space to connect deeper within yourself as a community. Create a better understanding of Anxiety and Stress as well as learn how mindfulness and meditation can be used as tools to work with them.

Anxiety exists in the common six forms of Generalized Anxiety disorder, Social Anxiety, Specific phobias, Panic Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder.
Take time with the community to deepen your connection to the self and explore a deeper sense of compassion for the days ahead.

- Be open to trying mindfulness practices such as breathwork and meditation.
- Be calm, courteous, and respectful to all participants; practice active listening when someone is sharing and avoid crosstalk.
- To maintain this sacred space, please be respectful of group member’s privacy regarding what is shared during each session.
- Avoid giving advice or trying to problem-solve for someone else. But feel free to share your personal experiences, strength, and hope or similar struggle on the topic.
- After every share, we will all take a deep, grounding breath with the sharer and allow a quiet moment for reflection.

Bring your favorite pair of work gloves and extra trash bags. Some gloves, bags and pickers will also be provided.We meet at 7pm on the East side of the Capital, and our goal is to clean the streets and alleys around the area for 45 minutes. We will then meet back up where we started for the (optional) 7:45 pm Hatha (physical) yoga session.

- Anything to keep you cozy and relaxedA harmonious interplay of Sound Medicine and Reiki Light promotes emotional well-being and shifts in consciousness. Adrian creates a calm atmosphere and utilizes frequencies and vibrations from singing bowls, chimes, wave drums, crystal triangles, hand drums, voice, and gong to facilitate deep relaxation and energetic alignment.
This sound bath, combined with guided breath work, allows individuals to release tension and tap into their innate rhythms, enhancing presence and self-awareness. As each individual's journey unfolds, the accompanying energy work of Reiki amplifies this experience with the intention of heart, mind, and body alignment.- Opening grounding meditation: visualization and breath work.
- Sound & Reiki Light: Sound bath with various instruments like wave drums, voice, singing bowls, gong, crystal triangles, chimes, and hand drums.
- Reiki light projected as well as hands near body to include possible tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) on the areas of the face. Usually the center of the forehead, chin, under eyes, and top of the head. (please ask guests to bring a blanket and yoga mat)
- Closing cleansing meditation- visualization and release of energy.
- Oracle message in connection with the energy of the week.
