Join With Love Projects for a free, community-centered Candlelit Vinyasa — a grounding yet powerful flow designed to soothe the nervous system, center queer and trans bodies, and offer a space of collective rest and resilience.
We’ll move through a strong, steady vinyasa flow in a gently heated room (about 90 degrees), creating the perfect balance of challenge and release. Expect to build heat, move with intention, and leave feeling both energized and deeply grounded.
