This is not a relaxation or meditation session.
You won’t be asked to “just relax,” visualise positivity, or bypass what’s happening in your body.
This is a guided, nervous-system-led session designed to help you understand how stress affects identity, behaviour, and emotional patterns — and how regulation creates the conditions for real, sustainable change.
The experience combines practical insight with guided integration, so understanding can actually land in the body.
