Join us for a supportive and interactive Mental Health & Wellbeing Workshop — because mental health matters. These sessions are designed to bring people together to share experiences, learn practical strategies, and strengthen emotional wellbeing. In a safe, non-judgmental space, we’ll explore ways to build resilience, practice self-care, and connect with others who understand. Each workshop covers topics such as mindfulness, self-compassion, goal setting, building connections, sleep, and creativity in mental health. Open to anyone interested in mental health awareness, peer support, or personal growth — no experience needed, just a willingness to listen and connect.
