🏕️ Where we’ll be staying
We’ll be camping at Bluewater Bay Group Campground, Space 305.
This is a walk-to campsite, so be ready to carry your gear a short distance - 0.1 mile - from the parking area (worth it for the peaceful setting!). If you’ve got questions about gear or packing light, just ask—happy to help.
🏕️ About Mirror Lake State Park
Mirror Lake State Park is a quiet, scenic gem nestled just 3 miles from Wisconsin Dells, where towering sandstone cliffs, calm reflective waters, dense pine and oak woods, and wetlands combine to create a perfect natural escape. Featuring beautiful sand beaches, a rugged gorge and abundant wildlife, there's something for everyone in your crew.
Whether you’re into hiking miles of wooded trails, kayaking/paddling/canoeing in peaceful waters, camping under the stars, or simply relaxing in nature, this park delivers. Don't have a kayak? No problem! Boat, bike and canoe rentals are available at your cost. Pets are welcome in Wisconsin State Parks as long as they are leashed and under control, though some areas may be restricted. Visit the website for full details before you go. A current Wisconsin State Park Pass is required, and if you don't have one for 2026, you can purchase one at the Visitor's Site.
Arrive Friday. We’ll set up camp and enjoy dinner. If there is time, we can explore a scenic trail then spend our evening swapping stories by the campfire and relaxing under the stars. Whether you’re here for the hiking miles, the kayaking/paddle board calmness, or the campfire laughs—there’s something for everyone.
PS - Flush toilets and showers are available near the entrance of Bluewater Bay Campground. Our Group Site has vault toilets nearby.
