We will practice a guided mindfulness meditation, explore a variety of techniques such as journaling, breathwork, holding space and more, to help you live your best life in an aligned manner.
In every session you will receive a powerful energy healing; clearing energy parasites, realigning your chakras, cleaning your energy bodies to boost your vitality and open the path to healing.
