## 🌿 February Mindfulness Walk — The Art of Receiving
So much of life asks us to give —
our energy, our attention, our care, our effort.
February offers a quieter invitation.
An invitation to soften.
To pause the striving.
To practice receiving.
Join us for February’s Mindfulness Walk as we explore The Art of Receiving — a gentle exploration of what it means to allow support, rest, and nourishment to meet us where we are.
> “You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.” – Buddha
Receiving isn’t about doing less because we’re tired or overwhelmed.
It’s about recognizing that we don’t have to carry everything alone.
Through mindful walking, simple breath practices, grounding exercises, and moments of quiet reflection, we’ll create space to notice where we might be holding too tightly — and where we can begin to allow ease, support, and presence to enter.
As we walk the winter trails of Pine Valley Ranch Park, we’ll take cues from the season itself. Winter doesn’t rush or force growth. It receives rest. It conserves energy. It trusts the natural rhythm of renewal.
Together, we’ll explore:
- What it feels like to receive rather than strive
- How the body experiences safety and support
- Where life may already be offering what we need
No experience is needed.
Simply come as you are — dressed for the weather, moving at your own pace, and open to whatever the morning brings.
Whether you’re longing for rest, clarity, connection, or a softer way of being, you are warmly welcome.
