ABOUT THE NERVOUS SYSTEM CARE CLASS
This is a special monthly drop-in class for those interested in joining the Weekly Class or trying this out.
**This is the online class. For in person : click here.
The class is a space to slow down, feel yourself, and tend to your nervous system through functional, somatic movement. Rooted in the Feldenkrais Method and trauma-informed somatic education, we move not to “fix” ourselves—but to get curious, soften, and feel supported in our own timing.
FREE 7 MINUTE EXPLORATION OF THIS CLASS : www.youtube.com/watch?v=NuDk4T4CFK8
Each session offers a blend of guided movement explorations, nervous system education, and community grounding. Some weeks we explore how the breath moves through the spine, other weeks we move the eye gently; it really all depends on what Andréa wants to explore with you.
You’re invited to come as you are. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, healing from trauma, neurodivergent, or simply needing a gentler approach, this space is built with care. There’s room for rest, quiet, and questions. Nothing is mandatory, and everything is optional.
We move together, but at our own pace. We learn together, without needing to “perform.” And we build the kind of safety that makes healing possible—not by pushing, but by practicing presence, together.**This is a queer and trans loving space.
