Chinese New Year Lunch + Chinatown walk + Beach

Choosing this place because the decoration looks Chinese new year. Also, the Northern Chinese dishes is best for a group to share, like a Chinese new year.
I first tried this cuisine back when I worked in Beijing. As a master chef, it is a cuisine that I never dare to try to make it myself.
We will share dish: estimate around $30 per head.
11:30: Lunch at FU’S NORTHERN STYLE, Burwood
12:45: short walk in Burwood Chinatown - honestly, I am not sure if any dancing lion or anything special to see. But if you are very enthusiastic, you may then go to City's Chinatown, which I may or may not be joining as I'll go to:
1:15: Head to a beach (either a beach in Watsons bay, or Mahol Pool at Maroubra). It will be a hot day. Let's avoid the crowd.
